Mr. Ritesh Gupta is B. Tech. in Textile Technology from The Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences, Bhiwani. He completed his graduation in 1993. He has over 30 years of experience in Textile Manufacturing Industry. He is currently working with Kohinoor Ribbon Factory Pvt. Ltd. and heading its Technical Division & Compliance Department for manufacturing of Garment trims and accessories. He has a good expertise in technical know-how related with Machine and Process Technology of Narrow Width Fabric Industry and is responsible for implementing all compliance requirements for an organization. He is an important member of the Managing Committee of TAI-Delhi since 2011. He was Hon. Treasurer during 2012-13, Hon. Secretary during 2013-17, Chairman during 2017-19 & Vice President during 2019-23. He has now been elected for the position of President of TAI - Delhi for the term 2023-25.

Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma has done B. Text. (Tech.) from TIT&S, Bhiwani in the year 1974. He has over 49 years of Industrial experience. He retired as Deputy General Manager from IFCI Ltd. in the year 2007. After superannuation, he joined Assets Care & Reconstruction Enterprise Ltd. (ACRE) as Vice President in July 2008. After completing his contract in March 2013, he left ACRE and joined Alchemist Assets Reconstruction Company Ltd. as President-cum-CEO. He was associated with TAI - Delhi as Managing Committee Member for the term 2015-17, Hon. Secretary for the term 2017-19, Governing Council Member of TAI for the term 2019-21 & Managing Committee Member for the term 2021-23. He has now been elected unopposed for the position of Vice President of TAI - Delhi for the term 2023-25.

He has worked as Joint Director (Quality & Standards), Shri Vishwakarma Skill University; Director, School of Skill & Entrepreneurial Development, Ansal University, Gurgaon; Dean, Faculty of Management, SGT University, Distt. Gurgaon; Registrar & Professor – Management, Ansal Institute of Technology, Gurgaon and Principal, Alwar Management Studies, the management college of IET Group of Institutions, Alwar. He has also worked as Executive Director, Institute of Leadership Development (ILD), Jaipur; Dy. Manager Training at Grasim Industries Ltd., Gwalior and Shift –in-charge (Production) at DCM Silk Mills, Delhi. He was awarded fellowship by International Institute of Labor Studies, ILO, Geneve. He is certified lead auditor for ISO9001:2015 & certified trainer of NSDC. Dr Raj Singh is expert of Skill Development, training and academic administration. He was Chairman & Governing council member of TAI Delhi Unit for 2021-23, National Co-chairman, Awards Committee of ISTD and Chairman of ISTD Gurgaon Chapter. Mr. Rajiv Pande is a Textile graduate from TIT Bhiwani and have done his MBA from DAVV, Indore. During his long career of 38 years, Mr. Pande have prominently worked in the top garment industries like Bhilwara Group, Shahi Exports, TCNS Ltd. and Paragon Apparels Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Pande is an expert in Sports and Active wear garments and has delivered many lectures on National and International Forum on this subject. He has worked as President of Retail Brand PERF of Rahman Industries Ltd. Presently he is associated with Garments Division of Ginni Filaments as Business Head. He was Managing Committee Member of TAI Delhi during 2017-19, held the position of Vice Chairman of TAI - Delhi for the term 2019-21 & was Managing Committee Member of TAI Delhi for the term 2021-23. He has now been elected on the position of Vice Chairman of TAI - Delhi for the term 2023-25.

Mr. Yogesh Mahajan is Managing Committee Member of TAI Delhi since 2019, was Hon. Secretary of TAI Delhi for the term 2021-23. Now, he is re-elected as Hon. Mr. Manjit Singh acquired Diploma in Knitting technology in 1990 from GITC&KT, Ludhiana. Bachelor’s degree in public administration from IGNOU Delhi and AMIE in Textile Technology from The Institution of Engineers. Moreover, he also master’s in philosophy of religious studies in 2014 from Punjabi University, Patiala. Mr. Singh started his professional journey from Oswal Industries in Ludhiana as an assistant knitting master and was promoted to senior knitting master in Tirupati Texknit Limited, Ghaziabad. Mr. Singh has been associated with Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi for last 30 years and working at present as Technical Officer. He was awarded the Institute incentive award in 2019 for Best Performing Employee. He has been representing IITD Employee Union as Additional Secretary & General Secretary since 2015-2019. He is also involved in multiple committees at IITD, such as the House allotment committee, and Benevolent fund committee. Mr. Singh is serving as General Secretary & President in Guru Nanak Satsang, IITD since 2005. He was nominated as a Vice Chairman, DSGMC, Delhi from 2022. Mr. Shiv Kumar Upadhyay currently associated as Deputy Technical Officer with an Institution of National Importance and Institution of Eminence, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India. He was also Hon. Jt. Secretary of TAI Delhi for the term 2021-23 and has been re-elected as Hon. Jt. Secretary of TAI Delhi for the term 2023-25. He was also associated as faculty of science, faculty In-charge of R&D Instrumentation Laboratory with SVCA, RMPS State University Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. He was the founding Faculty Coordinator of “Alumni Affairs and Development Programmes”, SVCA RMPSS Univ. Aligarh. He was also the former Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) of IIT Delhi, certified by BARC Govt. of India and approved by Department of Atomic Energy, AERB, Govt. of India.
