Mr. Pankaj Kapoor is the Chairman of Park Group of Companies located in different states in India- Panipat (Haryana), Pune (Maharashtra),Chhenai (Tamil Nadu), Ghaziabad, (Uttar Pradesh) & Sanand (Gujarat) and also Johannesburg (South Africa). Shri Pankaj Kapoor is technically qualified in Textiles from V.J.T.I. Matunga (Bombay). He has also done B.SC. from Amritshar, P.G.D.B.M., Postgraduate, Diploma from Panipat, Labour Law Course from G.N.D.U (Amritshar). He is also past president of Haryana Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2012 to 2014). Rotary President in year 1993-1994 & Assistant Governor Rotary District-3080 in Year 2002-2003, CII-Northern Council executive, Member of ITTA Bombay. He is running a family business in textiles as a Partner. In 1980 he joined EL Marj Textile Co. Banghazi, Libya. In 1984, he joined Essma Felts (P) Ltd. Panipat in 1998, he became Chairman of Park Group of Companies. Shri Pankaj Kapoor was Managing Committee Member of TAI Delhi in 2015-17, 2017-19. Now he is again elected as Managing Committee Member of The Textile Association (India) for the term 2023-25.

Mr. Surendra Singh is a textile graduate from The Technological Institute of Textile and Sciences, Bhiwani from 1980 batch. He is a renowned Textile Industry Expert and has work with Reliance group in a leading position. In his career of more than 41 years, he has served the industry as an expert of policy making. He has represented Industry from upfront on various platforms of Government Authorities and has been actively involved in policy decisions regarding industry. He is part of TAI Delhi's Managing Committee since 2017, 2021-23 and now, he is elected once again as Managing Committee Member of TAI Delhi for the term 2023-25.

Mr. Alok Kumar Agarwal is Chemical Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee from 1979 Batch. He has extensive experience of 44 years, in industries mainly Man Made Fiber including JK Synthetics, LML Fibers, Ester Industries, Parasrampuria Synthetics Ltd. He is working as Project Management Consultant since last 20 years. He has completed several projects in Nepal & Bangladesh for Man Made Fibers. Presently he is associated with M/s Hyper Filteration Pvt Ltd and working in the field of Water treatment. He is associated with TAI Delhi unit since 2018 and now, he is Co-opted as Managing Committee Member of TAI Delhi for the term 2023-25.

Dr. (Mrs.) Deepali Rastogi is Associate Professor at Lady Irwin College, Delhi University, Delhi. She is M.Sc. in Textiles & Clothing from Lady Irwin College and Ph. D. from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Her areas of specialization are Textile Science, Fibre Science, Fabric Construction, Textile Processing and Finishing, Dyeing and Printing, Natural Dyes and Traditional Textiles.
